Founder and Head Legal Counsel
Khan Imrul Chowdhury is a member of the Law Society of Ontario as well as a regulated Immigration Consultant (IRCC). He is the founder and head legal counsel at Uproot Legal and Immigration Services.
Khan has over a decade of exclusive Canadian immigration experience. In addition to representing clients in all types of matters, Khan specializes in complex cases, including those with previous refusals and those with criminality and misrepresentations. Khan is a powerful and passionate advocate who has a strong record of success in court cases. His clients come to Canada for new experiences in love, work, education, or travel, which is why Khan takes pride in providing sound legal advice and representation. Khan is also a strong spokesperson for the refugee claimant.
As a member of the law society of Ontario, Khan represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Landlord Tenant Board of Ontario. Furthermore, Khan is a fully accredited interpreter by the Ministry of Attorney General of Ontario and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
